Job Description

Designation : Client Servicing CTC : 7 Lacs Location : Powai Job Purpose : The primary responsibility of the candidate would be to address customer queries and act as sales enablement agent and assume overall responsibility of the account (post sales) leading to retention and renewals. Customer Service & Operations : Attending calls from External & Internal customers & resolve clarifications pertaining to product. Generate product understanding for account activation and regular customer service Address product and content specific queries Order Management: Entry of orders / contracts received in order management system & share details of the report with other stakeholders including finance and sales. Adhering to internal processes for contract fulfillment. Usage Analysis: Monitor customer usage and provide pro-active support to internal team to drive usage and report deviations, if any. Prepare and maintain MIS for queries and maintain SLAs Customer Engagement : Drive continuous engagement with customers by sharing usage analysis and periodic presentations on product functionalities.
