Circle Sales Head - Channel Sales - DTH (10-15 yrs) - Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned state - Meet targets for customer acquisition, market reach as per sales plan as per guidelines and hygiene parameters - Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution, multi-channel management and its proactive expansion & effectiveness. - Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place. - Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers n qualitatively to build on ARPU - Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team. - Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competition. - Manage Trade marketing budgets. - Team Development - Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD. - Custodian of company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
