Strategize marketing campaigns in line with Sales Plan to facilitate Sales thru marketing initiatives.
Interface with advert. Agencies to execute brand promotion/ marketing campaigns, celebrity mgt. and ensure adequate coverage, to maintain high level of brand recall in each product segment.
Prepare marketing calendar for advertising, PR, ATL / BTL / OOH, digital marketing, Sales support, market research etc.
Develop creative content, collaterals, posters, advertisements, presentation templates for sales pitch and execute advertising plans in line with overall marketing strategy.
Conceptualize new product development and product launch including coordination with all stake holders to undertake developmental activities in packaging, designing, legal specification etc.
Partner with Sales teams to develop digital/ traditional marketing strategy spanning across Web analytics, SEM, SEO, SMO, Display, Affiliate networks, Social media marketing and COP etc.
Develop and implement processes to capture and analyze market information and changing customer preferences to be ahead of market preferences.
Establish and deploy service level agreements with various vendors and service providers.
Train, coach and counsel team to enhance competencies and provide vision of career growth.
Lead the convergence of thought through a win-win for all team members in divergent viewpoints in cross functional team scenarios.
MBA with 12+ year experience in FMCG/ beauty care/ consumer product marketing.
Excellent knowledge of Web analytics, SEM, SEO, SMO, Display, Affiliate Networks, Social Media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing), ATL, BTL, digital campaigns and new digital marketing opportunities including industry trends.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, develop and implement Digital, social media and institutional marketing strategy for beauty care products.
Ability to develop/monitor implementable roadmap for marketing campaigns and co-ordinate activities across social media platforms.
Extremely good English communication/ presentation skills and ability to get along well with all stake-holders.
