1. Candidate will be responsible for heading the Administration at Institute. Implementation and management of HR Policies. Reviewing working practices to ascertain its success else devise an alternative. Responsible for ensuring the dignity of the institute. Making sure that disciplinary regulations are followed. Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training. Evaluate the performance of the center employees on a regular basis.
2. Define and drive Standard Operating Procedures for service excellence. Coordinating with the Instructors, Marketing Team and support team on a regular basis ensuring smooth workflow. Should have excellent Communication skills. Team Handling experience. Good Knowledge of center operations and management.
