Job Description

Key responsibilities:
• Handling success team (responsible for order fulfillment majorly) and relations team (responsible for new vendor association majorly).
• Research and understand the supplier network and getting right vendors to be on-boarded.
• Standard cost model adherence and continue to evolve it.
• Implement a quantifiable method to implement Share of business across vendors, clients, and material sub-category.
• Vendor Management – identify parameters and device method to implement it and improvise on it.
• Implement a quantifiable method to implement Share of business across vendors, clients, and material sub-category.
• Develop a pipeline of cost savings projects
• Conducting regular business reviews and keep account health (on-time delivery, quality failure, NPS) at the desired level.
• Identify ways to improve Working Capital - Credit period enhancement, bill discounting and Inventory Management.
• Spend analysis across sub-categories.
• Implement vendor contracts and constantly review them
• Hiring, nurturing and building the best team
• Annual budgeting
Job Requirements:
• Good leadership skills with structured thinking, having previous experience in handling teams.
• Candidate should have the very deep knowledge and previous experience in packaging products, majorly in the category that he/she will be handling.
• Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, a sound understanding of business principles.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics.
