Job Description

Duties and responsibilities
Custodian of SoP Build and maintain SoPs documents for the process.
Present pre-designed course material to employees through a traditional classroom, one-on-one or alternative method
Implement, deliver and evaluate training programs and workshops for member representatives as it relates to product knowledge, selling skills, role-plays and skill development.
Establish a database to track the participants who are nominated or have completed training.
During the training period, present supervisors with feedback by providing input on proficiency levels of trainees.
Assess and deliver training to employees needing introduction or orientation, additional or further development in affected training area
Use evaluation data and feedback to improve the delivery of training.
Generate positive attitudes in employees to promote high morale, cooperation and the enthusiasm
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
6+ years of experience across Customer Service Operations & Training


COMPETENCY SKILLS
Customer centric & relationship management
Team Management

EDUCATION
Minimum Graduate
Preferably MBA/PGDBM
