JOB DESCRIPTION

Checking the daily reports of CSAT Ratings get the updates about the process changes every day before login.

Resolve the customer Issue regarding their order and solve the problems or real time scenario and escalate the problems to concern team if needed.

Arrange a replacement for the customer immediately if he denies, would provide the resolution accordingly.

Check with the customer Order issue with that being asked him for the images if necessary and inform the ICGG team to refund.

For Delay complain check with the backend Follow-up team and provide an reasonable ETA about the order.
