Financial Accounting & Reporting
2) Principal Accountabilities :
Revenue Accounting: Invoicing, income provisioning, incentive provisioning, debtors balance confirmation, ageing analysis
Expense: Voucher checking- For bank transfer, rent, employee reimbursement etc, w.r.t TDS, service tax applicability and as per proper accounting principals
Financials: a) Prepare accurate and timely legal and management financial statements - monthly, quarterly and yearly financials. b) Preparation of Related Party Transactions for non-broking division and consolidation at overall company level
MIS: Income synopsis, Reviewing Branch P&L & preparation of Product P&L, Preparing presentations on profitability of products / branches
Compliance report: Preparation of various reports including Group risk return, BG return, Basel III disclosure, Arms length certificate, Structural Liquidity Report on monthly / quarterly basis, XBRL filing.
Audit: Assistance in statutory audit, transfer pricing audit, internal audit, Tax Audit and SOX audit
General: Preparing details as and when required by management w.r.t business figures, profitability, and expense analysis.
3) Skills and Knowledge :
Knowledge of accounting standards with latest updates.
Direct & Indirect Taxation knowledge with latest updates.
Companies Act 2013
Knowledge of ERP Sun System (preferable) , SAP or Oracle
Good Leadership Qualities, energetic & dedicated towards work
Good at analytics and number crunching.
