Job Description

Responsible for Sales and Channel Marketing teams, Marketing Communications to develop and execute fully integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for Co's portfolio of Digital Print Systems/ Inkjet Printers & coordinates all plant production and administrative operations in accordance with pre-established company objectives and policies. You will; Report to the Group CEO - Maintain a deep understanding of the product line, positioning, and competition - Understand the voice of the customer, the buying process, channels, and customer insights - Provide strategic marketing and messaging guidance - Manage the execution of plans and programs, collaboratively working with all stakeholders - Ensure alignment and consistency in product positioning, creative platform, and messaging across all marketing executions - Manage budgets, measure KPIs, and evaluate ROI - recommending any changes to more effectively achieve goals - Coordinates production activities - Develops and maintains an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation and motivation of all personnel. - Handles customer complaints and follows through for customer satisfaction. - Participates in management meetings to assist in planning and to make recommendations on matters related to manufacturing, maintenance operations and sales. - Represents the interests of the plant and the company in the community. - Prepares annual budgets. - Assists marketing department in developing new products, selling prices and presentations. Qualification And Experience: 1. BE with 12-15+ years of experience in Digital Printing Systems or Inkjet Printers including supervisory, production management and Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Management, 2. Requires a thorough knowledge of the digital printing systems or Inkjet Printers industry, sales, budgeting and management techniques. 3. Because of the variety of contacts, requires a high degree of tact and diplomacy and a good sense of business etiquette 4. Strong collaboration, organizational and project management skills 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation and public speaking capability 6. Enthusiasm, drive and energy to champion new business opportunities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
