Job Description

Area of Responsibility Key Activities/Elements Service Contract bookings and amendments: Book all service contracts on SAP & FX (Warranty and Intra-company) Book additions, deductions, escalations and terminations in relation to service contracts in line with scorecard targets and expectations Deal with any contract changes requests such as bill to/sold to/billing frequency requests/PO updates New Order Bookings and Change order (HWD / BCI) Book new orders as per the information received Process change order as per the information received Customer Master: Manage customer accounts, create, amend extend the customer and jobsites in SAP and FX along with contact party management. Tmesheet data entry: Enter the weekly time for the onfield technicians in FX and SAP as per the business and within the timelines. Adhoc: action and deliver on adhoc bulk requests related to order bookings, cutomer master and contracts. YOU MUST HAVE Communication skills, SAP End user (Added advantage), Comfortable with Night shift (Rotational). B.com, BA, BSC 0-3 years experience.
