The Individual in this role will have the responsibility for driving campaigns and Client Marketing programs. In this role the incumbent will report into CEO, while collaborating and working in close alignment with the COO and his teams across functional areas and Global Marketing leads for the Operating Groups to deliver impactful and ROI driven campaigns to Augment Relationship with the C-suite in India & rest of the world and position the organization as a transformation partner with end-to-end capabilities leadership and skills in marketing programs development.

> Ability to think strategically and execute tacticallykeeping an eye on the big picture and ability to drive the development and implementation of cohesive marketing activities, while keeping day-to-day activities moving forward.
> Deliver strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning
> Experience to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business goals.
> Ability to manage budgets, internal and external reporting as well as organize quarterly and annual program plans
> Ability to ensure deliverables demonstrate value and a return on investment, meet the Business strategic requirements and, including brand guidelines
> Collaborative attitude to work effectively across internal groups, and external vendors to drive projects forward.
> Insight to continually move marketing programs to the next level, keeping company's positioning ahead of the market.
