Job Description

Position Business Development Manager Location Gurgaon/ Mumbai Team Sales & BDM Reporting To COO/Sales Head Education " Post Graduation : MBA Graduation: BSC/ B.E/ B. Tech (Candidates with Engineering background will be preferred) " Experience " 3-6 years of sales experience after MBA Prior experience in Construction/related Industry is necessary Prior experience in Glass/uPVC/Almunium/Building Materials Industry is preferable" Attributes " Excellent personality and communication skills Self-driven and result oriented Ability to network with and influence senior people Ability to understand commercial and technical aspects of products" Key Responsibilities Relationship Management " Manage key influencer accounts like Architect, Consultants, Govt bodies Identify the key people within Key influencers who influence Glass/Wood/uPVC/Aluminium specification and build strong relationships with them Identify the key builder accounts for new business Identify the key people within key influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them" Sales/Specification " Understand the customer requirements and suggest the most suitable product depending on the project Ensure AIS specification and work closely to get the project in Company favour Negotiate commercial terms and win orders Follow-up and ensure seamless execution" Customer Satisfaction " Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer's query Seek customer feedback and facilitate redressal of any complaints/ issues Ensure overall customer satisfaction" Market Intelligence " Keep track of each account and their projects Identify new potential key accounts Keep track of the industry trends and competition " Productivity " Meet specification, pipelline targets Volume, value and profitability targets from all accounts being managed Meet account management benchmarks (level of information, number of visits etc.) " Reporting " Ensure preparation & submission of MIS as per defined frequency [DSR, DCR, Sales trackers, marketing leads status updations in system, architects reach out status, sales of new products etc.] Ensure reporting of market trends including competitor activities  Companies Preffered Art n Glass, Fenesta, Window Magic, Somany Ceramics, Aluplast, HSIL Ltd., Kohler, Rehau Quba Architectural Products, H & R Johnson, Toto, Grohe, Jaquar, Philips Lighting, Wipro Consumer, Schneider Electric, FrameCraft- uPVC Windows & Doors, Greenply, Kajaria Ceramics, Century Plyboards, CERA Sanitaryware
