Responsible for business development in the region.
Relationship building & management with the customers in the region.
Would be responsible for engaging clients for TA consulting services, RPO and other researching services.
Pro-active market mapping, prospecting, & engaging with potential clients.
Interacting with the key/named accounts on a regular basis and tapping further opportunities.
Collating market intelligence, researching and executing BD plans.
Job also requires the person to do certain level of product management and corporate marketing activities via digital / social media.
Also responsible for using market / customer inputs for effectively designing new TA products / services.
Actively support the market strategy with independent handling of areas of responsibility.
