Job Description :

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, monitoring of competitor activity etc.

- Analyze and recommend new solutions/products to solve business problems and exploit new business opportunities.

- Contribute to growth of business through participation in client presentations, proposals, demos etc.

- Contribute to project management activities like preparation of project plans, estimations, quality reporting etc.

- Preparation of marketing and intellectual collaterals for positioning the products.

- Share domain expertise and provide guidance to other team members. Participate in structured mentoring and coaching activities

Desired Profile :

Experience : 12 - 15 years

Job Location : Chennai

- Minimum 8 years in Business Development in Banking space

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education :

- Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, electrical or related fields and Post-graduation in management or business administration
