Establish & build relationship with OEMs/ Architects / Interior Designers /Contractors / High end villa promoters in the assigned territory.
Strong product understanding/ Represent & showcase the premium range of Products to the External Stakeholders.
Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer.
Identify, manage and secure existing and new accounts / plan & conduct lead generation activities.
Implement market development efforts.
Achieve monthly /yearly target through demand generation/ Collection Target (assigned as per the budget).
Should have 5-8 years ( Depending on Level) in Key Account Sales /Project management/ Institutional sales/ Key account Management.
Candidates with 2-3 years exposure to OEM Management / Project Sales in Building Material would be preferred.
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in highly dynamic/ diverse business environments with people from varied backgrounds.
Preferably should have managed a team, not mandatory though.
