Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support, with front end client facing and selling
Preferable experience with the real estate market in the residential/ commercial space.
Pref. from the likes of Magic Bricks, 99 acres, India property etc
Proficiency in MS Office, mail, Excel & PPT
Proficiency in English
Should have very good written and verbal Communication skills
Should have good negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Will be good to have someone with builder connects, from design and architecture firms, front end sales people in event management companies working for real estate
