Should have 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Staffing domain
Should have 1+ year of experience in Business Development Activities Cold Calling / Preparing RFE etc
Able to build relationship and network with clients for IT Recruitment - Permanent & Contract staffing..
Able to identify potential clients and build into key accounts for Permanent staffing..
Should act as POC for clients and provide them unique recruitment solutions
Should with internal recruitment teams to ensure deliveries for key client accounts
Expertise in cold calling and presenting recruitment strategy plans
Solid business knowledge in Permanent Staffing and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization
Experience in managing metrics in the Permanent business.
Should be Proactive and work with clear vision
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams to drive the results
Bachelor/Master Degree in Management/Technical stream
