India Business- Consulting- Products- Route to Market-7 Position Level 7 Key Responsibilities 1. 7-10 years of experience (consulting/CPG industry) India/APAC 2. Sales and Distribution role/projects ( ASM/ Trade Marketing/ Digital Sales/ sales capability development/Analytics etc) 3. Exposure to Digital/technology projects is a plus ( Distributor Management/ Sales Forece Automation etc) 4. Have worked with senior leadership 5. Route to market Consulting ( Sales, Distribution, B2B, E Commerce, Trade promotion etc) for CPG clients in India and APAC 6. Formulate the strategy, vision and execution plan for RTM transformation for CPG companies, leveraging Digital and technology 7. Conceptualizing and designing analytics services in the RTM area for CPG companies 8. Lead teams to deliver Route to market consulting projects for leading CPG clients 9. Business Development and shaping proposals in the RTM area 10.
