Expected to be also operational on market analysis/ market entry/ product landscaping/ business diversification, business intelligence, competitor analysis, information management, strategic planning/ annual planning
Work closely with Product management, project management and strategic management teams.
Lead team and coordinate with internal sales, support functions and Domain Heads to prepare solution aligned to customers business requirements. Take lead and work on RFI/RFP with Delivery &Sales teams across different Time Zones.
Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors and suggest strategies to management during annual planning and forecasting exercise
Preparing and guiding team to prepare collateral for the sales teams (brochures, white papers, presentations)
Building business cases and engaging on projects/strategic initiatives that build a value proposition for the client
Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the business solution (Pre-sales) process
End to End Responsibility of handling customer visits. This involves client interaction & hospitality, liaison with the Delivery Teams, preparation & delivery of presentations
