Develop marketing /brand plans:
• Develop strategies to increase brand market share, brand identity and brand awareness
• Develop innovative promotional activities & campaigns for focused products of the division.
• Studying External & Internal environment to gain insights of implementation, results and acceptance of marketing activities.
• Analyzing market data to find gaps in current portfolio and bridge the gaps by proposing & initiating new product development to strengthen each therapy area.
• Periodical field work to understand the market/customer behaviour/response and check the understanding / implementation of the company /sbu strategy
• Responsible for managing strategic initiatives in listed therapeutic segments and meeting key opinion leaders to understand the dynamics and the latest happenings in the therapy area
• Assisting the sales team with market data / history data for budgeting / targeting state wise.
• Maintain liaisons with Marketing services team, Sales, Production, Distribution, R&D and other related departments for the flow of requirements for the division.
