1 Manage a team of Customer Acquisition Managers.
2 Ensuring all customers are on-boarded & managed in line with the policies of the bank.
3 Lead BTL activities across the branch catchment to promote the business & brand.
4 Manage employee engagement, trainind & development.
5 Responsible for adherance to KYC norms, audit guidelines.
6 Responsible for Sales Hygiene, Customer response times & quality of interactions.
7 Responsible to achieve the targets taken up by the branch on CASA/ TD and Cross sell products
