Job Description

Responsible for Secondary sales & Primary Sales in his assigned area

2. Appoint Distributors / Stockists.

3. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

4. Identify short & long term growth opportunities

5. Identify opportunity & build business

6. Knowledge of territory of operation & updating of retailers list on a regular basis

7. Achieve monthly/quarterly / annual targets for the area of operation in terms of channels and distributors through regular market work and penetration

8. Mapping of potential market, ensure product availability at all relevant channels

9. Keeping up-to-date with market trend and competition

10. Closely liaising with marketing team for campaigns

11. Develop strong business relationship with distributors and trade

12. Review sales periodically

13. Accurate and timely reports on market intelligence: Competitor Activity, price changes, and promotional support.

14. Ensure Market Hygiene

15. Willing to Travel
