Job Description

Managing and leading bank staff to deliver exceptional customer service and to acquire new customers and boost branch profits.
Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining all quality and procedural standards within the branch.
Setting and achieving targets by motivating and leading the bank staff.
Implementing policies that build trust between the bank and its customers.
Setting the example by practically showing the methods to implement in various parameters including the sales, operations, other maintenance of the branch.
Being tough at times needed and ensuring the smooth completion of things and over achieving the assigned targets
Managing the daily activities of the branch.
Enforcing the companies policies, principles, and procedures.
Inspiring and motivating staff.
Identifying then addressing team training and development needs.
Coaching and developing staff to do more and better.
Adherence to regulatory requirements.
