Job Purpose/ Mission SAP AUDIT

The role of the Audit team member is to work as a team member on audits. The primary accountabilities of the Auditor relate to the delivery of audit work. The Auditor may also take part in functional change activities and other work. The role requires business and/or audit expertise and represents an excellent opportunity for individuals to broaden their skillsets and develop their leadership skills. Accountabilities (Operational/ Financial/ People/ Quality/ Processes)

No. Key Accountabilities
1 Audit Delivery accountability:
Good understanding of Telecom industries and thorough understanding of Sales and distribution.
Audit Team Member is expected to work as a team member on audits and deliver allocated sections of the audit in line with Group Audit's standards.
Prepare for each audit assignment by reviewing entity risks and controls, conducting pre-read, and developing personal interview plans as appropriate.
Participate in risk based audit planning.
Should be a qualified with overall experience of 4-5 years in at least SAP module. Experience can be relaxed for the right candidate. Candidates with higher experience will also be considered.
Should have SAP Configuration Experience of working in a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation of SD/MM Module.
Should have in depth knowledge of SAP System configuration for SAP SD Module.
Should have knowledge of SAP SD/MM Master data configuration & controls.
Configuration knowledge of other SAP modules such as CC, CI, CRM, MM, PM will also be considered and be of an added advantage.
Experience in Functional area will be an added advantage.
Apply subject matter knowledge (audit and/or business) to the audit work.
Conduct interviews, records and field checks in line with the audit test plans, communicate issues to the team lead as they arise, develop insightful findings with verifiable corrective actions, agree findings and corrective actions with the auditee.
Perform leadership activities as assigned by the Team Lead.
Providing informal coaching/mentoring to other team members.
Supporting the Team Lead and other team members as required.
Acting in a One Team fashion in support of the objectives of the audit.
Engaging with the auditee respectfully and positively and acting as an ambassador for Group Audit.
2 Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
SAP SDmember who has experience of solution design and development with integration knowledge of Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes.
Experience of end to end implementations and rollout projects in SAP module.
Working knowledge of integration with SD, MM and other incidental modules.
Working knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP SD module.
Good experience of support and maintenance of the SD/MM module.
Experience with report writer, report painter, etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Include Additional Certification Required if any Necessary:
CA / MBA/ Post Graduate Telecom Management or similar educational background.
