Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting - Liaison with internal stakeholders, vendors for Capex/Opex Budgeting, prepare budgets as per the organization process and bring to conclusion on time.
Vendor Management - Liaison with vendors, obtaining quotations, collation of proposals etc
Purchase Management - Preparation of Purchase orders for IT infrastructure domain
Vendor Relationship Management - Post purchase co-ordination, tracking of payables
Inventory Management - IT inventory management such as hardware inventory, software licenses
Contracts Management - Tracking of AMC agreements, renewals
Document Management - Preparation and Maintenance of files for Warranty/AMC records, Invoices, Delivery challans etc
MIS Consolidation of MIS reports, presentation to internal stakeholder Departments etc
Inter-Department co-ordination - Co-ordination with internal stakeholder departments

The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially MS Word and MS Excel.
Candidate is expected to manage purchase/vendor relationship responsibilities for IT Infrastructure Department of the organization. The candidate should have good communication skills with a minimum of 8-12-years of experience.
