Achieve targeted Gross Profits & Volume of hires on a monthly basis.
Ensure Value & Volume teams deliver on targeted revenues & number of hires by tracking the performance as per the location KPIs.
Build a strong, dynamic & a competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand pipelines as per the customer expectations.
Partner with all internal stakeholders viz., Heads, Business Development team, Recruiters.
Keep track of hiring trends and share data & analytics with both internal & external Stakeholders.
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovate methods.
Look at scaling up business, including initiating new client connects
40% responsibility towards existing account management, and 60% new client management
Skills and Qualifications
A professional / post graduate with 8 -15 years of work experience in sales / business development / recruitment.
