Job Description

2-5 years of experience in a reputed large size organization. Candidates having experience in Petroleum Refinery/Petrochemical / Fertilizer Company will be preferred.

Competencies Required

Experience in admin profile in large organization
Very good written & verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Very good Interpersonal Skills

Job Purpose:

To provide all the possible logistical and administration support to HR department by supervising day to day activities.
Job Responsibilities:
To provide better canteen facilities in office premises as well as in township hostel/guest houses and ensure that food quality is maintained all the times (Regular check and surprise inspection visits can be conducted)
Responsible for providing and maintain all communication channels in Transit and office including BSNL Phones, WLL, Tata Sky.
To look after the Ground, Air and Train Transport Management of Refinery and pest control services.
Supervise the daily administration activities including, Housekeeping, pest control, courier, stationary, event management and HR Purchases etc.
To look after the annual maintenance jobs of all the contracts.
To look after the office general administration work which includes courier, stationary, seating arrangement, winter cloth, rain coats purchase and distribution.
To look after the repair and maintenance of office furniture
To look after the hospitality services of all the guest houses of the company.
To provide necessary assistance to the employees for their travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements in case of official tours and travel for purpose of business or training
To ensure that highest level of cleanliness and neatness is maintained through effective housekeeping services in township guest house and in Office Premises
To ensure that the company visitors and guests are welcomed and greeted properly and outside calls are answered properly through effective companys reception desk
To make sure that the contractual obligations are followed and strictly adhered to every time
To make sure that the contractors and vendors get their dues on time as per the terms given in the contract
Any other additional job assignments or responsibilities, as the case may be, will be passed on to you in case of business exigencies/ requirements
