Creating customized demo instances for clients, participating in demos, solving customer queries, ability to capture unstated customer needs proactively, support and coach users and ensure that they utilize the product optimally
Technical Skills/Competencies Required: Ability to understand different business process and functioning and respond appropriately
Excellent MS Office skills
Presentation and documentation
In-depth knowledge of working of the educational industry especially supplemented education like tutorial institutions
Basic technical aptitude and knowledge to help troubleshoot issues
Soft Skills/Attributes Required: Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent targets, flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with potential customers
Cost conscious with an ability to work within budgets, creating maximum outcome for every rupee spent
