1. Deliver to meet and exceed client satisfaction
2. Manage and continuously improve key service delivery metrics within GRO BLR like Quality, TAT, Utilization as well as other aspects of the practice management ( resource management, recruitment, training, etc)
3. Identify opportunities at existing clients and develop new client relationships, identifying opportunities in the market, proposal development and presentation, thought leadership
Skills required Mandatory: Substantial Internal Audit experience.
Good communication and presentation skills
Additional skills of advantage : Process Reviews, Enterprise Risk Management, SoX/Clause 49/IFC, Standard Operating Procedures
Experience of managing internal audits of large listed companies, MNCs will be preferred
