Calendar Management :
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
Overseeing administrative policies within an organization and within the office
Assist the Leader with travel arrangements which includes managing itinerary, hotel booking, travel booking etc..
Supports the leader in administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, processing expense reports, booking necessary travel
Managing Onsite/Offsite Leadership Meetings / Conferences, Visitor Management across various locations
At least 10 years of relevant administrative assistant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task and engage / manage multiple stakeholders
Flexible, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple leaders & their teams.
