Responsible and accountable for development of new business from an agreed target pipeline and carry a specific target revenue from the business-line
2. Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients by delivering the desired client experience and value proposition for the business-line
3. Act as the contact for a dedicated client (or a portfolio of clients) to ensure client needs and expectations are met for the business-line
4. Lead, develop and improve the day to day client relationship and client experience for the business-line.
5. Maintain and improve client satisfaction, retention, revenue and profitability for the business-line
