Job Description

Operational / Functional:

1. To generate leads and business as per the target set.
2. Work closely with the delivery team to meet clients expectations.
3. Retention of existing clients and meet new clients for increase in business.
4. Enhancing customer relationships through regular visits and understanding their issues and resolving them.
5. Responsible for collection.
6. Suggesting means to tap new markets from various sectors
7. To closely monitor collections for sales generated self and team

Leadership / Managerial: Nil

General Requirements:

1. Generating business in Food Industry
2. Inclined to work on the field
3. Growth of business area of Dairy, Nutrition, Environmental, Infant & Adult formula.
4. To ensure DSO of 75 days.
5. To coordinate with the operations and technical team to ensure client satisfaction

Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience:

Required Bachelors in Chemistry or Microbiology or B. Com Graduate
Preferred Post Graduate/Maters in Business Management
Minimum experience of 3 yrs.
Ability to read, write and understand in English, Hindi and local language.
Sharp Observation and analytical skills
Ability to work well with others and independently.
High level of integrity.
Achievement of sales
Market share growth of 30% increase in Multinational companies
