Handling the team of Sales Officers
Guiding them to achieve pre-set goals, Coaching & Demonstrating.
Activation of Standalone/Iconic outlets or paying courtesy visit during the market visit.
Monitoring the teamwork on day-to-day basis.
Setting up targets in consultation with RSM
Weekly review of monthly targets.
Preparation of proposals for promotions/participation in Events or any other BTL activities.
Ensure high visibility in the assigned territory.
Keeping the morale of the team in high spirit.
Ensure smooth functioning of Sales Operations in the assigned territory.
Maintaining the data/records of sales on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis along with classification/categorization of outlets in the assign territory.
Timely submission of reports/claims of the business associates.
Recruitment of able sales team members like SO/DSM & repeated training.
