Job Description

- Understanding of US Healthcare Payer/Provider domain

- Experience in B2B US calling

- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Follow up calls with US healthcare providers

- Gather inputs from providers and communicate to backend team

- Quick turnaround on target assignments

- Optimizing future calls experience and reduce turnaround time

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates on notice period ready to join immediately preferred

- Candidates with 3+ years Voice process experience

- Basic experience in US healthcare payer/provider domain

- Preferred candidates with experience in Account Receivable (AR) and Revenue Cycle

Management (RCM)

- Graduate with overall 4 to 6 years of working experience

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Willing to work in evening (5pm-2am) and night (8pm - 5am) shifts
