Job Description

Employee Life Cycle Management (On boarding Process) : Should possess good knowledge of end to end employee life cycle management Ensure timely and accurate completion of processes. Collate, analyze and report any Non - compliance observations to management related to processes and take corrective measures as required. Responsible for efficient processing of Employee On-boarding operations Accountable for identifying and fixing process gaps, which include reduction of process time, etc. Adherence to Quality, accuracy & TAT of processes, render service within agreed SLAs and timeliness. Should have managed team size of minimum 2-3 staffs. Should be capable of managing huge volumes Should be multi-tasking Preparations and publishing of MIS / Dashboard. Person with good end to end knowledge of HR operations and its impact in employees life cycle Regular follow up with various stakeholders like Regional HR, Branch Head, etc to ensure deadlines are met and timely updation of all relevant trackers/reports to ensure adherence to timelines Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records Monitoring and maintenance of overall HR information and documents of employees. Working closely with HR Operations Manager by supporting in creation of monthly dashboards for HR operation activities, creating analysis, reports and presentations to showcase success and work in progress of operation activities
