1.To promote all range of tiles.
2.To analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive vertical growth, increase turnover and achieve the targets thereby as per the parameters agreed; through dealers / trade management.
3.Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
4.To be an eye in his area for productive insights and inputs to Product Management & Promotion team (PMP) and Strategic Pricing Group (SPG).
5.To work closely with trade network, its expansion, dealer development and extract business through them, which will uplift the Value Added or premium segment product sale.
6.To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures & fine-tune strategies accordingly.
