Job Description

Position Purpose: To support the Client Management Operations team to - 1. on board new activities into company 2. drive change based on the 5 levers defined at Group level - Implement new customers journeys Upgrade the operational model Adapt information systems Make better use of data to serve clients Work differently Scope of the role requires intervention on occasional / ad hoc subjects (requiring reactivity & analytical mind) & on projects. Coordinating with various Client Management teams (Onshore / Operations / IT) as well as other CIB or Group Functions (Finance / Compliance / Risk, etc.) To assist Client Management Teams in the development, expansion, growth of its business activities by ensuring the end-to-end value chain design is addressing several aspects such as Process Expertise, Operational efficiency (Automation, Process Design, etc.) & Financial Security (Payment transparency, Sanctions, Group policies, etc.) Key Responsibilities : MIS Reporting: Data collation / publication of Monthly Client Management Dashboards Data collation / publication of Monthly APAC COO Dashboard Project activities: Study any requirement of process Improvements, audit current situation, design current process and contribute to solution decision / implementation example reconciliations, quality issues Conduct Time & Motion Study to monitor productivity Technical activities: Providing expertise on Excel VBA, SQL (database), Business Objects to automate and facilitate operational tasks. Managing complex requests: data crunching and data analysis Governance: Contribution to implement and to improve current metrics (KPI) Prepare & participate in International Production Call and Referential Exco Desired Candidate Profile: Work Experience: - A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power-point & Visio) & ability to design & develop tactical automation solutions such as Excel MACROs & MS Access database queries using these skills.  Project management, lean, six sigma expertise would be an advantage New Tech appetite: Robotics, OCR, NLP Domain Skills: Client management & / or Capital Markets product knowledge, including an understanding of back office processes like Client Referential, KYC, Collateral - Knowledge of the key functional areas organization, processes & systems used at Front, Middle and Back-office of Client Mgmt. Operations  Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills creative, innovative, flexible, results driven, meticulous and methodical. External Customer & Service Focus
