Job Description

Job Purpose Responsible for FTTx (GPON/GEPON/PON) planning and rollout of the Broadband Network covering end to end requirements and ensuring all the business services are offered. Responsible for CAPEX and OPEX control , AOP preparation Responsible for Operations and Maintenance of the complete fiber optic network (ISP/OSP/IBD) Responsible for timely installations and service to the customers Acting upon C- SAT reports on a regular basis and providing necessary input to various cross functional teams. Responsible for Vendor engagement and onboarding Job descriptionAccess Planning - Wireline - Responsible for FTTx (GPON/GEPON/PON) planning and rollout of the Broadband Network over FTTx network for ISP/ OSP / IBD (UG , Aerial) - Capex and Opex planning and control and AOP preparation - Complete project management ensuring rollout as per plan - KPI/SLA Management - Guiding and mentoring field teams in execution of FTTx network - Performance monitoring and audit of vendor teams - Acceptance testing according to quality parameters - Vendor management - Material reconciliation - Coordination with vendor teams for ROW compliance or any other permissions - Timely payout of vendors as per agreed terms and conditions - RFP / RFQ preparation - SOP and SOW preparation Policy & Process Compliance Ensure that the organisation s processes and policies are adhered to. Provide regular input to keeping our processes in alignment with our service philosophy - Easy & Simple. Provide input to business , field services and operations , training and quality teams as applicable Ensure that SOP is followed for install time and quality People Management and Development Provide input in Selecting , Developing and Retaining of quality manpower in the region (including direct and indirect manpower and vendors) Provide timely and necessary input to people on performance Ensure that the service philosophy is understood and communicated to all levels and individuals Maintain transparency in dealing with people , Vendors and performance management Productivity and Cost Effectiveness Improve productivity continuously (without compromising quality)
