Planning and Building ISP network according to requirement of the territory
o Building ISP capacity and capability
o Creating ROE plans for the ISPs and ensuring profitability is achieved by all ISPs basis inputs provided by the ASIs
o ROE related analysis and specific inputs to ASIs wherever required.
o Recommending ISP expansion / separation related decisions depending on ISP performance and the market needs.
o Identification and selection of new ISPs along with the CSM
o Monitor KPI and SLAs that ISPs have to deliver on. Support ASI in long term problem solving / root cause wherever required.
o Recurring escalation RCA and decisions.
o Market Settlement.
To ensure Capacity Planning and Forecasting for the territory
To ensure appropriate ISP network is in place for the territory
To analyse customer satisfaction reports on a monthly basis and provide necessary inputs to various stakeholders.
To ensure Cross Functional Alignment required for Customer Delight Goals
