1. To establish and maintain service center for specific region in the state
2. To supervise JC service centres to provide best in class device support
3. To motivate and manage team of Service center and Care Center personnel
4. To be solely responsible for entire device after sales set up including managing SBP in the region allocated.
5. To be responsible and accountable for Service Deliverables in the Service Center and Care Center.
To ensure that the Care Center personnel are working in tandem to support walk in customers
