Job Description

- Recruitment of Acquisition manager Digital, training them on offline/online products, assigning them areas of work, monitoring, controlling and directing sales effort.

- Coordination with digital mid office for customer deliverable, online funding, AOF processing and all service items of digital customers.

- Ability to plan and work on LMS. Tracking input, creating opportunities in market through corporate level tie ups for digital products.

- Responsible for online leads tracking, fulfillment and driving referral business for a region in Delhi.

- Managing a FTE team of 10-12 Acquisition managers.

- Coordination with leads team, outbound team and RCU/RPC for optimum utilization of leads and account opening within TAT.

- Managing sales account opening operations and achieving 100% sales quality in account processing.

- Responsible for sales standards of performance, incentive planning and execution for team members.
