Candidate to be responsible for the business development and growth of the Safety Products business in HSP-HIS.
He will be responsible for Maharashtra sales and will report the Zonel Sales Leader for West.
He will be responsible to create the pull for the HSP products from the end customer level and will also be responsible for driving the channel sales and ensure their whole hearted commitment towards the HSP business.
Will be responsible for the growth of the business as per the organization expectations.
Will be responsible to increase the awareness in Safety products in his territory with end customers and with the channel.
The candidate will be directly responsible for 15-20 key accounts in his territory and will drive the business in these accounts by himself.
He will be a cross functional team player - who will work with the PM's, Customer Service team and PSM's.
Engineering / Science graduate will be preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant territory experience
Should the candidate be from the same field.
