Job Description

Job Role
To look after Business Planning & Strategy Formulation.
To take care of Business Generation
To look after promotion of product range.
To look after the introduction of new product.
Planning for press advertisement/Hoarding/Wall painting/exhibitions/Melas etc.
Keeping track of competition information and suggesting counter actions
Foreseeing future requirements and suggesting company to take necessary measures
Sales Forecasting
To take care of all the issues related to network development.
Ensuring the service policies to the company are being implemented at the Area Office level
Spare parts stocking as per norms
To develop, guide & help deptt. members in respective functions.
Subsidy enlistment.
Ensuring adequate dealers for market coverage
Necessary infrastructure at Dealership including Manpower, Training and guidance to Sales person
Service norms at Dealership are being maintained
Monitor service issues/ Zero CF cases.
Sale as per plan (target 100% achievement)
Network development
Taxation compliance / All Commercial Compliances.
Monitor receivables (BR).
Budget monitoring & adherence.
