Job Description

1.Effectively manage the customer queries and ensure speedy and timely resolution.
2.Drive the dealer towards customer satisfaction to meet the CSI Index.
3.Establish and monitor timely vehicle services and delivery to customer.
4.Monitor and ensure the speedy support for any enroute break down calls
5.Provide Dealer support for any Trouble shooting of Commercial Vehicle Complaints
