Design, develop and test ServiceNow based ITSM solution. Design and configure Workflow, Forms, RBAC and Policies. Configure Reporting and Analytics
Development knowledge of following modules(Not limited to):- Incident, Problem, change, Release and Knowledge Management, Asset management and CMDB
Implement and configure Service-Now discovery tool.
Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation.
Good hands-on knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting, Integrations and Customizations
Hands-on experience of creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data
Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflows, etc
Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobility and CMDB
Proficiency in ITIL best practices
Experience working in an Agile development environment
