To go through the client requirements and specifications of each and every case received. Conducting KYC checks, for EDD as verification Perform the required KYC screenings on customers documenting the information obtained on the clients as required by global KYC procedure. To check the details of each case as well as the previous reports To independently handle urgent, complex, extra polish and high budget cases. Also handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned To complete the cases on time and adhere to the Internal deadlines provided for each case. To ensure self-availability for modifications required, if any, in the report after the relevant 1st level / 2nd level quality check. To maintain a high level of quality for each report and be consistent. Should be able to prepare all type of reports with such high standard that it can be filed with case Manager without review. To help team members with searches / drafting, whenever required To act as back-up for other analysts in the team To maintain a healthy working atmosphere within the team and the office To effectively use Leave management system so as not to affect the operations within the team / office To meet the productivity and quality targets set for each quarter / year To be familiar with the updates and inform the team members / take a session regarding the crucial updates To help the Supervisor by taking up review of all kinds of cases To not only solve own queries but also manage the queries raised by Team members as well as seek clarification from Supporting Team / Vendor / Case Managers To handle case allocation and leave management of the team members in absence of the RS To act as a back up to the Supervisor in all aspects To suggest and assist in improving the operations process And other job responsibility assigned on ad-hoc basis by respective supervisors/managers. Desired Candidate Profile: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Understanding of the scope of work / client requirements Demonstration of accuracy, thoroughness, reliability, and completeness in work Speed and consistency of output Resourcefulness and creativity in meeting job objectives Willingness to undertake assigned projects Maintaining regular attendance and reporting to work on time. Required Skills: Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / or equivalent. Must have a high standard of spoken and written English. At least one year of experience in a similar capacity is preferred. Must be conversant with computers and experienced in using the Internet and Microsoft Office tools. Foreign language skills are desirable.
