Create strategy keeping in mind the organization product portfolio and the target market dynamics and pricing strategies in line with the market.
Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
Develop and manage entire sales budget.
Ensure optimum revenue maximization through effective sales strategies by developing long term relationships with clients and strengthening various channels.
Understand the finalized quantum of residential/commercial space, the architectural drawings, the pricing strategy and expected rates for various projects and then prepare a brief.
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Review the reports for various projects including current vacancy levels/unsold units, status of deals, etc. and revise the sales strategy.
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs including branding, advertising, events, collateral materials, etc.
Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members, mentoring and motivating the team.
