Job Description

- Will support Sales function in Client RFP responses, Bid process and Solution formulation.

- Managing day to day operations, service level agreements & service delivery.

- Determine plan, scope & execute requirement.

- Implemented operations methodology and self assessment framework.

- To plan, schedule and manage the defined business services, delivering to agreed timescales, budget, acceptance criteria, quality criteria and contractual commitments. To ensure that the service delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes and procedures with regard to. Service definition.

- Service level management, including reporting, Documentation, including maintenance of appropriate review documentation.

- To report and escalate service issues in an appropriate and timely fashion and initiate timely, corrective action where required.

- To demonstrate a practical approach to continuous improvement of the processes which directly manage the delivery of services.

- To keep abreast of client developments which may have an impact on the business services provided

- To identify continuous improvement opportunities.

- To ensure all required controls are implemented, documented and monitored so as to ensure full audit compliance.

- Team Management Experience, Stakeholder management

- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Perform well across cross-functional teams.

- Open to working in extended work environment

- Ability to set up and lead all remediation projects around contract review, document review and legal remediation projects

- Ability to manage and lead cross functional team of lawyers, paralegal and other compliance resources .

- Thought leadership in the area and ability to create the right value proposition to showcase to our clients around the legal remediation area.

- People Management should have led a 100+ member team reporting to him / her directly (Own team) & done their performance appraisal etc.

- Looking for hands on experience in Service Delivery/Operations, Client Relationship Management, Strategic Management more of leadership, dynamism, 14+ Years of total experience

- Very strong experience in Project Management, Project Planning, Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

- Strong skills in Contract negotiation, Contract Abstraction, Contract Management.

- Manage Training and Quality. Past experience in Process re-engineering & transformation

- Past experience in front ending New business solutions (preferably GRC :Legal remediation & related domain areas) & account management
