Ensuring that their respective Business Division / Business Function (Functions)
Performs Gap Analysis between their existing processes & policies and the Data Management Policy Framework.
Ensures that the function have appropriate resources and structure to provide feedback to DMO on the gap analysis / remediation plan / implementation of remediation plan.
For all the Data Objects where the relevant function is identified as a Data Owner, ensure that the Business Glossary is completed including the Data Ownership Model.
Facilitate creation of operating models within functions Review and sign off on Final Data Management Standards.
Finalise a transition plan for go-live from Program mode to BAU mode, including identification of BDOs / BDCs.
Ensure that the function have appropriate resources and structure to meet the requirements of DMO as per the Target Operating Model.
Ensure their respective division has an established process for reporting metrics.
Provide the necessary attestation to meet material compliance to BCBS principles.
Participate in the relevant governance forums to ensure their divisions are aware of the firm wide activities relating to Data.
Periodic review of Data Dictionaries across Book, Entity and Products.
