Job Description

Business Process Management Center of Excellence is a program which is cross-industry and function in nature.

The objective of this program is to establish a lasting BPM capability within organization.

The BPM CoE Manager is responsible for managing the cross OG BPM program.

He/She will enable the development and improvement of the various tools & enablers that are in use by the industries/functions to develop and improve their BPM program.

Person in this role will report into the BPM-CoE Lead and will also be responsible for driving the communication & outreach program thus positioning BPM as a discipline across

. Additionally, the person will lead the effort of connecting with various Businesses and position BPM across these entities.

Lead / Manage, Participate, contribute to the key BPM programs and initiatives launched by the BPM CoE
Positioning BPM across businesses & client teams and increase uptake
Realizing cross industry synergies by identifying best practices and standardizing them so all industries benefit
Provide overarching support to the Business Process Management user community
Support BPML growth through support in client proposals, identifying new opportunities, working with industries for BPML related projects and facilitating the development of BPML related offerings
Coordinate key BPM initiatives
